*Application Agency Service: This office submits the application to Immigration Services Bureau as an intermediary in the name of clients, and if any document amendment is required, it will be done only with approval by the client. This function is different from acting as a legal representative.
**Negative Factors: Facts that could be the grounds for a denial of permission, such as having been punished for violating laws in the past. Based on the fact, we will prepare an explanatory document which, for example, explains occurrence of the negative factor was unavoidable due to circumstances beyond one’s control.

Remarks (common to all 3 tables)
- 10% consumption tax will be charged to the above amount.
- You are requested to pay half of the amount as the advanced payment at the time of contract, and pay the remaining balance after the completion of the assigned work.
- Regarding the application agency services, if the application ends up with a final denial of permission, there is no need to pay the remaining balance.
- Regarding the services related to Naturalization, you are requested to pay the remaining balance at the time of successful receipt of the application by Legal Affairs Bureau.
- If the contract is cancelled or terminated before submission of the application, preparation of the application becomes impossible to continue, or the application after its submission is withdrawn due to reasons attributed to clients, the advanced payment will not be refunded.
- Expenses such as transportation costs, postage, fees paid to government offices, and other actual costs incurred in the course of our services be billed separately in any of the above cases.
- Details of other payment conditions will be provided in the estimate.
